Understanding your protection plan
There are some important terms and conditions that apply to your coverage – these help us prevent fraud so that good customers can keep the best prices possible.
Key exclusions & conditions
▪ Your phone must be fewer than 3 years old
▪ There is no limit to how many times you can claim on your plan
▪ There is a 30-day waiting period before protection begins
▪ Basic Plan only cover screens
▪ There is a $25 deductible for claims on the Basic Plan
▪ Basic Plan does not cover
ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE FROM HANDLING, such as damage from drops, spills and liquid damage associated with the handling and use of Your Product, internal overheating, internal humidity/condensation; Defects in materials or workmanship Damaged or defective buttons or connectivity ports located on Your Product; battery repair or replacement

▪ Basic Plan does not cover Replacement devices
▪ There is a $0 deductible for claims on Cracked or Broken Screens on the Premium Plan
There is a $50 deductible for claims on Basic Plan for repairs above and beyond a broken or cracked ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE FROM HANDLING, such as damage from drops, spills and liquid damage associated with the handling and use of Your Product, internal overheating, internal humidity/condensation; Defects in materials or workmanship Damaged or defective buttons or connectivity ports located on Your Product; battery repair or replacement

▪ There is a $75 deductible for claims on Replacement phones for the Premium Plan

*Although the term “extended service contract” and “extended warranty” are used interchangeably, an extended service contract is not a warranty. A warranty is provided by a manufacturer and is included in the purchase price of the product. Extended service contracts (like our Protection Plans) cover repair costs for specific components but are not an extension of the manufacturer’s warranty. Please see terms and conditions for full details of coverage, limitations and exclusions
